Senior Account Executive Job Description:
The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for sales and demonstrate a hunter mentality balanced with relationship-building and customer-centric skills to build a base of clients for generating residual business. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is willing to establish networking connections not only with business owners but also with construction companies, commercial real estate developers, and architect & design firms.
Senior Account Executive Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for experience with Wisconsin-based companies.
- Creative and strategic prospecting skills.
- Executive-level presentation skills.
- Business savvy, a competitive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office and Sales Management CRM tools.
- Proven background in selling office furniture, fixtures, services, or another B2B-targeted product/service; preferably with high-level contacts throughout the state of Wisconsin.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, results-oriented, and willing to take ownership of forecasting and exceeding projections.
